This can be common with renters who can't build on their property, but they can store something on it.

There are ways to establish a manufacturing setup for your own trailer. This would include having room for manufacturing materials, workbenches, even a coffee break table!

A little bit about myself: My ideal Saturday work-day looks like going to work in the shop at 8 AM and having coffee with the wife at 10 AM. Then I optimize my manufacturing hours from 11-12 so that when lunch is done I know exactly what I'm doing and how I'm doing it.

5PM-11PM are my hours I use to hangout with buddies. That can be a bonfire, some time watching a show, or even time playing cards. This hangout idea is a bit off track, but the trailer can fit into all of that if you have a mobile workspace as your hangout spot and your coffee machine all packed into one 8'x14' unit.

My hopes for some of these units are that they're wide enough to store 3 Honda CRF450Rs, or a Polaris SXS 1000, or 2 Polaris Patriot 9Rs, or even a Branded Racing Lawn Tractor in there.
